At Velmorna, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process handled through our local fulfillment center in California to ensure efficiency for our U.S. customers.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Requests made after this 30-day window will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.
- Packaging: Items must be returned in their original product packaging. Please reuse the original shipping carton or any secondary mailing bag to ensure the item is protected during transit. Do not attach shipping labels directly to the product box.
- Defective Items: We thoroughly inspect all items before shipment. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@velmorna.com immediately with photographic evidence.
3. Return Shipping Costs & Labels
We provide Prepaid Return Labels for all authorized returns to our California warehouse.
- Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error, the prepaid label is FREE.
- Personal Reasons (Change of Mind): If you return an item for personal reasons (e.g., you don’t like it or no longer need it), we will provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. A flat fee of $4.50 will be deducted from your final refund to cover the cost of the return shipping label.
4. No Restocking Fees
To ensure a worry-free shopping experience, Velmorna does not charge any restocking fees for any returns.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item quickly, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement. This process ensures the new item is reserved for you and shipped without delay.
6. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of placement.
- After Shipment: Once dispatched from our warehouse, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process after the package is delivered.
7. Refund Process & Timeline
- Inspection & Issuance: Once your return is delivered to our California warehouse, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 3 business days.
- Total Wait Time: It typically takes 5-10 business days from the time we receive your item for the refund to be fully completed and visible in your original payment method. This timeframe includes our internal inspection, processing time, and the time required by your bank or payment provider.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund after 10 business days of your return being delivered, please first check the account associated with your original payment method. If the transaction is still not visible, please contact us at info@velmorna.com for further assistance.
8. How to Complete a Return
- Submit Request: Email info@velmorna.com with your Order Number and photos if applicable.
- Receive Label/QR Code: Once approved, we will email you a Prepaid Return Label and a QR Code within 24 hours.

Ship the Item:
- With a Printer: Print the label and attach it to the outer shipping box.
- Without a Printer: Take your package to an authorized carrier (USPS/DHL); they can scan the QR code to print the label for you on-site.
- Drop-off: Leave the package at any authorized carrier drop-off point. Please keep your drop-off receipt as proof of shipment.
