1. Shipping Destinations & Limitations

We exclusively serve customers within the 48 contiguous United States.

• Supported Areas: We only ship to the 48 mainland states.
• Non-Supported Areas: We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, or any other off-shore U.S. territories.
• Military & P.O. Boxes: We DO NOT ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses or P.O. Boxes.
• Checkout Restriction: Our website is configured to restrict orders from non-supported regions. If you are located outside our service area, you will be unable to complete the checkout process.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer clear shipping options for all domestic orders. Your total delivery time is: Order Processing Time + Transit Time.

• Standard Shipping (Orders $39.00 and over):
  • Shipping Fee: FREE
  • Transit Time: 5-7 Business Days
• Standard Shipping (Orders under $39.00):
  • Shipping Fee: $4.50
  • Transit Time: 5-7 Business Days
• Expedited Shipping (All Orders):
  • Shipping Fee: $10.00
  • Transit Time: 3-5 Business Days

3. Order Processing (Handling Time)

• Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday - Friday.
• Processing Time: All orders are processed, quality-inspected, and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Origin & Carriers

All orders are shipped locally from our California fulfillment center:

• Dispatch Warehouse: YUNWAY INC, 2228 Edwards Ave, South El Monte, CA 91733, USA.
• Primary Carriers: USPS and DHL.
• Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Taxes and Customs (No Hidden Fees)

We ensure 100% price transparency with no hidden costs:

• Sales Tax: All product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of sales tax. No additional tax will be added at checkout.
• No Customs Duties: Since items are shipped domestically from our US warehouse, you will NOT be responsible for any international import duties or brokerage fees.
• Total Cost: The final price at checkout is: Product Price + Shipping Fee (if applicable) = Final Amount Paid.

6. Address Accuracy & Order Corrections

• Your Responsibility: Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout. Velmorna is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect address information.
• Immediate Correction: If you notice an error, contact us at info@velmorna.com within 12 hours. We will do our best to update it before processing.
• Returned to Sender: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, the order will be cancelled and we will issue a refund based on the following:
  • Orders with Shipping Fees: We deduct the actual shipping fee paid at checkout ($4.50 or $10.00).
  • Orders with Free Shipping: We deduct a flat $4.50 to cover the initial carrier cost.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees.
